Welcome to my Emerging Tech Portfolio! I am Haley Horner and am an Early Childhood Education Major. I have worked at Woodall Public School for 4 years now with 1st and 2nd grade. Helping students reach their full potential is what keeps me going! When I'm not at work, you can usually find me hanging out with my friends and family.
Skills I Have Gained:
1. Creating positive experiences for students to contribute and participate responsibly in the digital world.
2. Designing learning activities and environments that use technology to accommodate the needs of all learners to support the achievement of learning goals.
3. Analyzing students progress using various technology tools.
4. Modeling the identification, evaluation, and adoption of digital resources, tools, and practices that leverage technology and support learning.
5. Collaborating with peers, students, families, and the local community to improve practice, share resources, and solve problems.
Purpose
The purpose of this portfolio is to show how this course has prepared me for my future career. I have learned how to adapt to changes in technology, which will be very beneficial as a future educator. I have included a few photos below to show my growth and best work. My Learning Journey
Throughout this semester, I have completed several projects.
